Projects

A selection of open-source work from my GitHub profile. Projects span systems engineering tooling, embedded software, simulation utilities, and additive manufacturing design files. Cards are loaded live from the GitHub API — click any card to expand the README preview.

Not everything here is polished — some projects are experiments, some are single-purpose utilities, and some are works-in-progress. What they share is a README worth reading and code written to solve a real problem.

Systems Engineering Tooling
Scripts and utilities for requirements management, traceability analysis, and MBSE workflows. Built to address gaps in IBM DOORS, 3DEXPERIENCE, or to automate tasks that commercial tooling leaves uncovered. Artefacts include requirement filter scripts for IBM DOORS, traceability matrix exporters, and coverage gap reporters — built for the gap between what commercial tooling supports and what engineers actually need on a deadline.
Embedded & Automotive Software
Code related to vehicle diagnostics, ECU calibration, and automotive communication protocols. Informed by V&V and test engineering work across OEM and supplier projects in automotive E/E systems. Protocols covered include UDS, CAN, and OBD-II; toolchain experience spans CANalyzer, INCA, and custom Python automation, informed by years of V&V and calibration work in production automotive programmes.
AI Workflow Tooling
Tools for governed AI-assisted development — specification frameworks, agent orchestration utilities, and audit infrastructure. The governance toolkit powering this site is the most complete example: a specification-to-deployment pipeline with committed prompts, isolated agent branches, and human sign-off at every merge gate. SMOS (Semantic Memory Operating System) is a companion tool providing persistent, compressed context across Claude sessions.
Additive Manufacturing
Design files, parametric models, and process documentation from additive manufacturing work at BWEngineering. FDM and SLA process notes, fixtures, and setups for mechanical testing. Processes span FDM in PETG and PLA for structural fixtures and production aids, and SLA for fine-detail functional prototypes; design files are parameterised where practical, with process documentation capturing settings, post-processing steps, and observed failure modes.
